AMD 2901 Die Shots

Thanks to Peter Monta in California's Silicon Valley for several interesting chips, among them an AMD 2901.

Surface die shots were taken 7/26/2011 by Greg James in San Francisco, then transmitted to the UK where Christian Sattler automatically corrected and stitched them together using a combination of Autopano-sift-C and custom code. A map of stitched images is shown on the right.
